Monday Night Live!

Monday Night Live! is a one-of-a-kind, beloved, community-focused, listening-room style concert series hosted at xBk Live, a cozy 250-seat venue in Des Moines. It’s built around a tight-knit house band — featuring Dave Ducharme-Jones, Anne Ducharme-Jones, Russ Tomlinson, and Ben Mars— who tackle a fresh batch of ~20 new songs every month from a featured Iowa singer-songwriter, or recreate a classic album, or feature the songwriting of iconic artists like Joni Mitchell, Tom Waits, or Townes Van Zandt collaborating with some of Iowa's amazing songwriters. Guest artists have included Bo Ramsey, Jamie McLean, and coming up, Lilly Hiatt in March.
